A squirrel takes a break from the afternoon heat in a tree at the Colleyville Nature Center in Colleyville on Thursday, August 7, 2003. The center was established in 1996 with 46 acres of natural refuge, nine ponds, 3.5 miles of multi-use trails, an amphitheater, covered pavilion, grills, rest benches, a playground and a fishing pier.

This is my favorite squirrel.
I posted it for you.
Mark--this is an excellent site. I love the pictures and the information on your blog is paramount to teaching photojournalism tips. It is great that you and the Dallas Morning News have seen the importance of a photojounalism blog.
Thank you. I write this blog during my off time. My day job tolerates my blog, but the blog is not associated with the company.
For some reason, Googlers land on this post for "photojournalism tips" instead of here, where the tips are located.
