My wife, Jacinta, works with a Muslim guy. He's been fasting too and it's tough for him. He's got a newborn baby and wife at home. He gets up in the middle of night to feed the baby, and studies for university in the evenings and at the weekend. I don't know how he keeps going!

I typically only eat once each day (I have a eat=sleep biological trigger). However, I can't imagine going all day without drinking anything.
