OPFOR Reunion

After more than 25 years since their National Training Center service, former OPFOR soldiers from A Co. 6/31st Infantry reunite on Sept. 6 to 9, 2012. The group's journeys include Freemont Street in Las Vegas, Nevada; the National Training Center and the NASA/JPL Goldstone Deep Space Communications Complex in Fort Irwin, California; a helicopter ride through the Grand Canyon in Arizona and back to Las Vegas.

Mark - great seeing these. As a young E2, I was stationed at the NTC from 1995-1997. Small world.

The NTC was close to unrecognizable to us. I'll bet it's changed since you were there as well. I'd suggest hunting down the folks from your unit and planning a 25-year reunion. It was one of the high points of my life.
