LNG dispute


Beaumont resident and Pleasure Island property owner LeAnn Ewing shows how close the proposed liquefied natural gas terminal will be to island residents on Friday, June 10, 2005. I really like the image of the shrimp boat. Again, perfect exposure for shooting water.

I thought "shrimp" boats were much smaller than that ;-)

Maybe it's a "jumbo shrimp boat." :-)

The first image has strange light because the subject is in sunlight while everything else is under a cloud. If it were a portrait, I would have waited for the cloud to include her or pass. As it was, I got what I got while she explained the problem to me.
