Brooks Brothers does its best

Brooks Brothers grocery store remains seriously damaged in Silsbee on Tuesday, October 4, 2005. However, emergency needs items are available for shoppers in a large tent (right) in the store's parking lot.


A crew continues to clean the less-damaged areas of Brooks Brothers grocery store in Silsbee. Hardin County is one of the nine Texas counties designated for hurricane relief.

Emergency need items are available for shoppers in a large tent outside Brooks Brothers grocery store in Silsbee. Without electricity or potable water in the city, shoppers were offered an assortment of dry goods, canned drinks, camping supplies and personal hygiene items.
