Whirlpool and flooding

No fish. But I got a new rainsuit for the occassion. No more yellow clown pants. ;-)

When it rains here, it rains. Both Port Arthur and Lake Charles are on the top 10 list of wettest cities.

Previously, Orange had the highest annual rainfall according to Michael Hoak.

The clouds show up, dump five inches in 30 minutes and then it's sunny and evaporates quickly. The raindrops are huge and make driving interesting as well.
