Meredith Grubb of Hebron High School prepares to compete in the state swimming championships at The Colony Aquatic Park in The Colony on Friday, February 18, 2005. Grubb is one of the best swimmers in the area and is the No. 1 seed in the 200 IM for next week's state meet.

Were did you place your strobes for this shot? Did you use an off camera flash such as the 550ex? I am curious because I plan to shoot some swimming sometime soon. Also did you bounce them off the ceeling or was it direct?

"The Beast" post describes the strobes. I bounced one head at 400WS off the wall and cieling.
