Fair-well

Fairgoers take in the rides and food during the last weekend of the 2007 South Texas State Fair at Ford Park in Beaumont on Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007. Sunday is the final day of the fair.

That's a rockin' shot! It is not always simple and easy to compose a long exposure image. Don't sell yourself short, my Master...;)

can you tell me what a best shutter, aperture & ISO to get that brilliant picture?

200 ISO, f/22 for 2 seconds.
The point was to get the slowest shutter speed to capture the blurring lights. Getting the highest quality film rating and the most depth of field is always a bonus. :-)
