Silsbee library setback

Salvaged books wait to be organized on shelves at the Silsbee Public Library in Silsbee. The city raised funds before Hurricane Rita toward building a new library. The hurricane destroyed 80 percent of the library's books and equipment at an estimated cost of more than $50,000.
