Day-workers cast shadows as they get their assignments and carpool to work locations outside the Labor Ready location off Main Street in Richardson. Labor Ready provides same-day work and pay to workers. The Richardson branch is working to increase cooperation from high tech companies as local technology layoffs increase the qualifications of its daily workforce.
