Construction has started for a $10 million clinic at the corner of Broadway and 11th streets in Beaumont on Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007. When complete, the two-story, 11,000 square-feet Altus Beaumont Surgery Center will cater to elective-surgery patients and employ more than 40 specialists and other personnel.
